  • Placing an order confirms that you agree to purchase the selected item(s) under the listed price and conditions.

  • Miraasi reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in INR (₹) by default. International payments will be converted as per your bank’s exchange rate.

  • We accept payments via payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.].

  • All transactions are processed securely. Miraasi does not store sensitive payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic orders are delivered within 5–7 business days (delays may occur during festivals or unforeseen circumstances).

  • International orders may take longer depending on customs and logistics. Miraasi ensures dispatch at the earliest.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates; we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only with a proper unboxing video as proof of damage/defect.

  • Without an opening video, returns/exchanges will not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customized, personalized, or sale items are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and content on Miraasi Jewels are the property of the brand.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Miraasi is not responsible for delays due to courier partners, customs, or natural circumstances.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
