At Miraasi Jewels, we take great care in crafting and delivering your jewellery. If you face any issues with your order, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only with a proper unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

Without the opening video, returns/exchanges will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Customized, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is approved, we will process a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you paid via COD, the refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.

In case of damage or defect (with valid unboxing video proof), a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Returns without a valid unboxing video.

Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging.

Delay in delivery due to courier or customs (not under our control).

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at miraasijewels@gmail.com.

After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
